We start with a kick-off to understand your goals, share a detailed project plan with milestones, then work in sprints. After each sprint we present the work, collect your feedback and refine it until it meets your standards.
A logo or social design pack usually takes a few days, while a full brand identity or website takes a few weeks. We confirm a timeline in the project plan before we begin.
Every package includes revision rounds so the final design matches your vision. The exact number is listed in the Combo Pack you choose.
You receive final, print-ready and web-ready files, including source files where agreed, once the project is completed and paid for.

Voxelgraphic provides design and digital services as described in the agreed quote or Combo Pack. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Projects begin after the agreed advance is received. Remaining payments are due at the milestones in the quote. Final files are released after full payment.
You agree to provide accurate briefs, content and timely feedback, and confirm that you own or have the right to use any material you supply.
Revision rounds are limited to those included in your package. Additional rounds may be charged.
On full payment, you own the final approved deliverables. Voxelgraphic may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Timelines depend on prompt feedback and content. Delays caused by late approvals may move delivery dates.
We take care to deliver high-quality work, but we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our deliverables.

Your name, email, phone number, company and project details when you contact us, plus the files and content you share for a project.
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support your projects, and send updates you ask for. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with tools and partners needed to deliver your project, or when required by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the project and our legal obligations.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info.voxelgraphic@gmail.com.

If you cancel before work begins, the advance payment is refunded in full, less any payment-gateway charges.
Design and creative work is custom, so once work has begun the advance is not refundable. If you cancel part-way, you pay for the work completed up to that point and receive those files.
Completed and approved projects are not refundable. If something does not match the agreed brief, we will fix it through revisions.
